Many countries are permitted to enter South Korea visa-free. To find out if you need a visit, please visit the Korea Visa Portal. For “Purpose of Entry” please select “Short Term Visit”. Under “Eligible applicants or activities allowed”, please check if you can enter the country without a visa, or look for the visa for attending events or meetings (under either Short Term General C-3-1 or Business Visitor General C-3-4) and follow instructions for applying for the visa.
If you require a Letter of Invitation from IEEE Communications Society, please complete the Visa Letter Request Form and select IEEE ICBC 2019.
